The term Portobello Tents or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to Portobello Tents Limited, the owner of the website. The term ‘you’ refers to the person ordering products.
- Ordering from us
You agree that you have provided, and will continue to provide accurate, up to date, and complete information about yourself.
You warrant that goods ordered by you are strictly for private and domestic use and are not for resale.
Orders will be placed once you complete the online checkout procedure and will be acknowledged via email.
The order confirmation will be sent to the email address given by you during the online checkout procedure.
The order confirmation will confirm that we have received your order and the likely time frame in which it will be dispatched.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order for any of the reasons listed below:
o We cannot obtain stock.
o authorisation for your payment cannot be obtained.
o in the event of a products description or pricing error.
o you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.
All orders are subject to the laws of England and Wales and disputes will be determined by the Courts of England and Wales.
Where we charge separately for postage, packing and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates can be found in our information section.
Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you an order confirmation.
We always try to make sure that the prices on our website are correct but errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the products in your order we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you supply to us. We will then give you the option of reconfirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it. If the order is cancelled in these circumstances we will refund you in full.
Payment for all Products must be by credit or debit card on our website.
We warrant that, on delivery, all products will comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
- Description /Appearance of Products
The description and quantity of products ordered will be listed in the order confirmation. All illustrations, descriptions or images on our website are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate impression of the product(s) and will not form part of any contract.
Due to technology limitations we cannot guarantee that the colours displayed on our website are identical to the colour of the materials used to make your product.
- Cancellation and Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). We hope you understand that, for hygiene reasons, we will not accept returns of intimate items such as underwear, swimwear or any items marked with a + next to the product name, unless they are in the original, sealed wrapping.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply return the item to the return address (Portobello Tents, The Bury, Bury Green, Little Hadham, Herts, SG11 2HE) with your receipt and a note of the change or refund wanted. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
